House rules

Omdat we graag in een schone mond werken vragen wij je om voorafgaand aan een afspraak de tanden poetsen: thuis of in onze poetshoek.

To prevent inconvenience, we request that you put your phone on silent and do not make calls in the waiting room and the treatment room. Pets are also not allowed in the waiting room.

It is important for the treatments to know if you have health problems and if you are taking medication. So please indicate this yourself. At the check-up appointment we will go through a medical questionnaire with you where this will also be discussed. We will of course treat this information confidentially.
