To replace our highly valued colleague who has retired, we are looking for an experienced prevention assistant for 3-4 days a week.
As a preventive assistant, you’ll initially work independently in your own treatment room. You’ll also be willing to assist the dentist with patient treatments or staff the reception desk.
As a preventive assistant, you’ll initially work independently in your own treatment room. You’ll also be willing to assist the dentist with patient treatments or staff the reception desk. A proactive attitude is essential. Your customer-friendly demeanor puts patients at ease. You’ll perform (parts of) dental treatments in the areas of preventive care and oral hygiene professionally, as instructed and in accordance with applicable regulations. Naturally, you have experience taking x-rays and are comfortable handling administrative responsibilities. You’ll perform your duties in accordance with applicable protocols and guidelines. As a true team player, you’ll be part of a small but fun and enthusiastic team.
– MBO+ work and thinking level, obtained through education and/or relevant work experience, in addition to successfully completing the prevention assistant course, or you have more than 5 years of experience as a prevention assistant and are willing to take the prevention assistant training course.
– Excellent command of Dutch.
– You are proactive, decisive, and have a thorough understanding of the work.
– Presentable, stress-resistant, service-oriented, and patient-focused, with well-developed social skills such as tact and empathy.
– Familiarity with Exquise Next Generation is a plus.
